This application should be completed by all students who wish to enroll in the Teacher Preparation Academy for Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction:

Priority Option I: (9-12)

Secondary Math

Secondary Biology

Secondary Chemistry

Teachers submitting applications should hold an undergraduate degree in Mathematics or Appropriate Science.

Option II: (4-8/9-12)

M.Ed with emphasis in

STEM Education

Mathematics Education

Science Education

Teachers submitting applications should hold an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Appropriate Science, or a BSIS.

This application must be completed in its entirety along with the University of Texas at Tyler Master's/Certificate Admissions application to be considered for this program. http://www.uttyler.edu/graduate/admissions.htm
